  • Who is not suitable for this program?

    This program isn’t suitable for those currently experiencing a mental health crisis. And/or seeking trauma-sensitive yoga as primary support. While many of the tools shared are supportive, not all content is trauma-informed and it includes other components such as barre, nutrition, pilates and mindset. If you’re navigating a more complex mental health journey. I recommend discussing it with your therapist. Or you can book a free discovery call instead. we can explore whether my Yoga Designed for You course. Created with more tailored approaches, may be a better fit for where you are right now.
